Julia Fortson Gallinger

Julia Fortson Gallinger, 93, of Cumming, GA passed away on April 11, 2013. Born in Atlanta, GA, she is predeceased by her husband, Roy E. Gallinger; parents, William and Pearl Fortson; daughter, Judy G. Robinson. She is survived by her granddaughter, Lisa (Chuck) Stichweh of Cumming, GA; grandson, Matt (Ashley) Robinson on Newnan, GA; great grandchildren, Lauren, Emily, Cole, and Peyton as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 14, 2013 in the Chapel of McDonald & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2:00 3:00 on the day of the service. The Rev. Lester Cooper and Dr.Scott Gilbert will officiate. Interment will follow on Monday at 9:30 AM at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA. In lieu of flowers Mrs. Gallinger requested donations are made in her name to the Concord Baptist Church Music Department.
