Joseph Michael Fowler

Joseph Michael Fowler, 64, of Cumming, GA died Saturday, April 3, 2010. Born in Franklin County, Iowa, he was the son of the late John LeRoy and Ruth Annabel Ernst Fowler. Having moved to Cumming from Cleveland, GA Joseph was a long-time member of St. Brendan s Catholic Church. He was employed at Parker Young Construction as an Electrician. Joseph is survived by 2 brothers, James Fowler of Wheatland, Wyoming and Jerry Fowler of Cedarburg, Wisconsin; 3 sisters, Janice Peterson of Davis, CA, Jean Bodensteiner of Nevada, Iowa, and June Mackey of Richmond, Indiana. In addition to his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by a brother, Jon Fowler and 2 sisters, Joyce Walsh and Julie Fowler. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at St. Brendan s Catholic Church with Father Fabio Alvarez officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 8:00 pm on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at McDonald and Son Funeral Home. It is the family s wishes that Joseph be cremated. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to St. Brendan s Catholic Church, 4633 Shiloh Road, Cumming, GA 30040.
