John Ballard Huie

John Ballard Huie, 63, of Cumming, passed away on September 13, 2013. He was preceeded in death by his mother Harriet Ballard Huie, his father Robert Mathews Huie Sr. and his brother Robert Mathews Huie Jr. John was a middle and high school teacher, coach and mentor his entire adult life. He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Sandi Gail (Harding) Huie, his children Mathew Donald and Rachael Ann Huie and his sister Lucia Susan Huie. The family plans a reception in celebration of John s life, on Sunday, September 22, 2013 at the Long Lake Subdivision Clubhouse from 2-4 pm. (1405 Haddenham Dr., Cumming 30041) In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the education fund for Mathew and Rachael Huie at any Wells Fargo Bank branch. John was much loved by students, teachers, coaches, friends and family and he will be greatly missed.
