John Anthony Garrison

Mr. John Anthony Garrison, age 49 of Cleveland. Mr. Garrison passed away Thursday, May 10, 2012 at his residence following an extended illness.

Mr. Garrison was born on August 19, 1962 in Habersham County to the late John Thomas Garrison and Bobbie Ruth Dockery Garrison. He was employed for several years with Mt. Vernon Mills and was on the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, Mr. Garrison is preceded in death by his sister in law, Hazel Garrison.

Survivors include brothers, Tommy Garrison and Jackie Garrison both of Cleveland; brothers and sisters in law, Jimmy and Lucille Garrison, Dahlonega; Timmy and Pat Garrison of Dahlonega; sisters and brothers in law, Nancy and R.B. Dover, Dahlonega; Judy and Carlton Barnes, Dahlonega; Ruby and Bobby Smith, Winder; and sister Patsy Garrison, Cleveland. Mr. Garrison is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Garrison will be cremated and no public services are planned
