Joanne Kennedy

Joanne Eileen Kennedy of Cumming, Georgia, formerly of Edinburg, Pennsylvania, passed away on April 25, 2024 at the age of 87.

Joanne is preceded in death by her husband Ronald W. Kennedy; mother and father Mary and Wallace Mott as well as sister Marian (Emil) Smedley and brother Harold (Lillian) Mott. She is survived by her sister Jean L. (Dave) Dean.

She is also survived by her son Scott (Susan) Kennedy; grandchildren Erin Kennedy White, Ronald Brian Kennedy, and Shannon Kennedy Henderson; and her five beloved great granddaughters.

A visitation will be held at McDonald and Son Funeral Home in Cumming, Georgia, on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, from 3:00pm-7:00pm.

A separate service will take place in New Castle, Pennsylvania in the coming week with visiting hours at Ed and Don De Carbo Funeral Home on Wilmington Road, New Castle Pennsylvania from 4-6 pm on Thursday May 2; the memorial service will be Friday May 3 at 11 am at the same location.
