Jerry Ross Puckett

Jerry R. Puckett, 80, of Cumming, GA, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2015, at home. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Sonya Stockton of Jasper, GA. Jerry is survived by his wife of 36 years, Katherine Little Thornton Puckett of Cumming, GA, formerly of Athens, GA, his children Mark (Sharon) Puckett of Atlanta, GA, and his stepchildren Gina Powell of Bowman, GA, Russ (Sarah) Thornton of Suwanee, GA, Judy Ross of Buford, GA and Paige (Jeff) Douthit of White Bluff, TN. Jerry is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and the mother of his children, Peggy Puckett of Ellijay. A visitation with a memorial service will be held on August 15, 2015, between 1:00PM and 3:00PM at the home of Jerry and Katherine Puckett; 6355 Lillie Lane, Cumming, GA 30040.
