Jerry Craddock

Jerry "Pappy" Craddock, 73, of Cumming, GA, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 16th, 2025. He was the most incredible, loving, and devoted husband of 50 years, father, and Pappy. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. He was a hard-working, humble man of faith, who touched the lives of many. He never met a stranger, and was willing to help anyone. Jerry loved his family with all his heart and always had a nickname for everyone. He was the true definition of a provider, protector, and a loyal friend. Jerry’s love and sacrifice for others has impacted all of our lives and will be in our hearts forever.

He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Craddock, his brother, Bobby Craddock, and father and mother, Milton and Gussie Craddock.

He is survived by his loving wife Kathy Craddock, daughters and sons in law Tracy (Shorty) and Brian (Son In Law) Cherry and Kristy (Lou) and Andy (Drew) Wyatt, grandchildren Katie (Butterbean) and Jonathan Baylin, Jake (T-Bone) and Bri Cherry, Matthew (Peanut), Ben (Porkchop), and Ella, great-grandchildren Bennett, Addy, Kinsley, and Oakley, sister and brother in law Barbara and Jerry Parks, sister in law Linda Craddock, nieces and nephews, and cousins.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 2pm from the chapel of McDonald and Son funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm and Thursday from 11am until the time of the funeral.
