James Jinks

James “Leroy” Jinks, age 84, of Dawsonville, GA, passed away on May 10, 2024.

Leroy was born on April 24, 1940, to the late Lee and Kate Jinks.

In addition to his parents, Leroy is preceded in death by his two sons, James Jinks and Johnny Jinks; and his brother Robert Jinks.

He is survived by his loving wife, Bobbie Jinks; his children Jeff Jinks, Teresa (Michael) McPherson, Lynn (Marlon) Luce, Carol (Richard) Jones; and his brother Clay Jinks. Leroy is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. His memory will live on through the people his life touched.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, 15 May 2024 at 10:00am at McDonald & Son Funeral Home, 150 Sawnee Drive, Cumming, Georgia, 30040. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 pm at Green Lawn Cemetery & Mausoleum, 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, Georgia, 30076.
