Gavin Robert Mahr Obituary (1986

Gavin Robert Mahr passed away on October 13, 2021 in Gainesville, Georgia. Gavin was born March 14, 1986 in Winter Park, Florida to Robert and Cynthia (Ellis-Brown) Mahr. He graduated from Roswell High school in 2004. Gavin was known by friends and family for his adventurous, fun-loving spirit. He loved carpentry, fishing, being outdoors, Georgia football and was happiest being on the water. He never met a stranger. He will be remembered for his infectious laugh and kind heart. Gavin is survived by his loving wife Katie Mahr and parents Robert and Cynthia Mahr. He has one brother Stephen Mahr Grimsley, sister-in-law Lexi Davies and brother-in-law Taylor Davies, and nephew Christian Cordell. A memorial service will take place at 1:00pm on Wednesday, October 20th at Roswell Presbyterian Church, 755 Mimosa Boulevard, Roswell, Georgia. A Celebration of Life will follow the service at Martin's Landing River Lodge, 1221 Riverside Road, Roswell. Flowers can be sent to Roswell Presbyterian Church on Wednesday morning, October 20th.
