Francis (Bud) Spierto

Francis (Bud) Spierto, long time Atlanta Resident and retired biochemist at the CDC, passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2013 from a prolonged illness. He is preceded in death by his parents, Margaret and Michael Spierto of West Mifflin, PA. He is survived by sons John (BJ) Spierto of Franklin, TN, Rich (Julie) Spierto of Cumming, GA and their mother Betsey of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by his sister Michele (Bob) Rodger of Herndon, VA, Gale (Ron) of Weirton, WV and Dave (Kim) Spierto of Pittsburgh, PA. His grandchildren Brandon, Kara, Alley, Taylor, Caitlyn and Grace and many nieces & nephews. A private memorial services will be held for family members.
