Frances Starlin Montgomery, 87 of Cumming, GA passed away on September 21, 2023, at her home of 18 years in Cumming, GA just North of Atlanta.

She was born in 1936 in Indianapolis, IN. Mrs. Montgomery, and her husband were parishioners of Good Shephard Catholic Church in Cumming. She was a faithful, caring, compassionate wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by her husband William (Bill) Montgomery, Sons: Scott (Michaela) Richey , Steve (Robi) Richey, and Robert (Margaret) Richey, and Daughters: Ellen Richey (Nestor) Carabajal, and Julie Richey (Mark d.) Miralles, and 5 stepchildren,19 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.

Funeral Mass and reception: Friday September 29th 2pm Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Cumming, GA

Burial: 2pm Saturday September 30th. Dearing City Cemetery, Dearing, GA
