Esteban Gonzalez Arellano

–

Cumming, Georgia

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Esteban Gonzalez Arellano, age 53. He passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, surrounded by his family. Esteban was a beacon of joy, brightening the room with his smile and laughter and connecting with everyone he met. He lived a simple life but made sure that those around him had everything they needed.

Esteban consistently supported his family in their endeavors, enabling them to achieve their goals. Even from a distance, he always found a way to help, often driving long distances to ensure his loved ones were okay. A devoted Catholic and member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Esteban served the community in various roles, fulfilling his commitment to God.

He was an excellent husband, father, brother, cousin, and friend, always finding ways to help and serve others through his love for God. In his free time, Esteban spent time with his family, helping others, and watching his favorite soccer team.

Esteban is survived and missed by his beautiful wife of 32 years, Guadalupe Galvan; three children, Kevin, Stephanie, and Sharon Gonzalez; his father, Tomas Gonzalez; and six siblings, Juana, Horacio, Chole, Tomas, Feliciano, and Gerardo Gonzalez.

Although Esteban will be deeply missed, he leaves behind his family, friends, and community with wonderful memories and lessons that inspire everyone to cherish life and appreciate even the smallest things.

A visitation service is scheduled at McDonald and Sons Funeral Home on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 6:00pm. Mass is scheduled for Friday, April 4, 2025 at 1:00pm at Good Shepard Catholic Church, followed by the committal service at Sawnee View Gardens.
