Elizabeth Sweatman

Mrs. Elizabeth “Betty” Sweatman, age 90, was born in the Bronx, New York on March 4, 1934 to John and Florence Donnelly.
In addition to her parents, Betty is preceded in death by her brother, Frank Donnelly.

She married her husband, Henry Grady Sweatman, when she was 18 and he was 27. He passed away in February 2000. She is also preceded in death by her children, Suzanne Chismar, and Jayne Correll.

She is survived by her children, Henry Sweatman, Jr. and Caroline Follmer. Betty is also survived by her grandchildren, Daneya Chismar Thompson; Amber, Leila, Bragwynn, Cowan, William and Eli, Jason Parker and special granddaughter Melanie Owens.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 10:00AM, at Center United Methodist Church in Hoschton, Georgia.

Arrangements are in the care of McDonald and Son Funeral Home.
