Elisabeth Nesz Lowe

Elisabeth Nesz Lowe, of Cumming, Georgia, passed away peacefully December 24, 2018 at her home.

She was born May 2, 1930 in Budapest, Hungary, and moved to the United States in 1949--shortly after marrying John K. Lowe, Jr. (deceased). Matriarch of her family, she is survived by her eight children: Susan E. Lowe of Cumming; John A. Lowe, Cumming; William E. Lowe, Atlanta; Eva M. Lowe, Dahlonega; Guy R. Lowe, Cumming; James W. Lowe, Los Angeles; Bessie C. Lamica and husband John, Cumming; and Mary Lowe and husband Raymond Mathis of Dawsonville.

Elisabeth was also grandmother to six: Elisa Burks; CJ Banks; James Lamica; Beth Lowe; James Lowe; and Christina Lowe. And she was great-grandmother to Brody, Elias, Landon and Lincoln.

Elisabeth will be profoundly missed by all who knew her--and loved her so deeply. We, her family, are immensely grateful to have journeyed through life with our beloved mother.
