Edward William Schoch

Edward William Schoch, age 85, passed away Friday, January 28, 2022, at Northside Forsyth Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his wife; Helene Rivca Schoch, parents; Ralph Walden and Virginia Katherine Schoch; his brothers, Charles Roger Schoch and Richard Ralph Schoch; and sister-in-law, Dolly Schoch, wife of Keith. Edward proudly served our country as a member of the United States Navy, retiring after 20 years. After retiring from the U.S. Navy, Edward would go onto have a successful career in information technology.

Edward is survived by his children; Lori Johnson and her husband, Mark, Janine Olson, Mark Schoch; his grandchildren, Quentin Johnson, Cole Johnson, Austin Johnson, Megan Schoch, Shelby Olson, and Sierra Olson; siblings, David Thomas Schoch, Mary Kay Tiller and her husband, Denny, Keith James Schoch, and Kathleen Marie Geist and her husband, David; and by nieces, nephews, other loving family, and friends.

A Graveside Service with Military Honors will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 18, 2022, at Georgia National Veterans' Cemetery, 2025 Mount Carmel Church Lane, Canton, Georgia 30114
