Edward Thomas Orchowski

Edward T. Orchowski, Age 77, of Cumming, GA, formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away Monday, June 27, 2010. Beloved son of the late Angeline and Edward M. Orchowski. loving husband of Claudia Orchowski (54 years). Devoted father of Wayne (Lore) Orchowski, Denise (Tom) Butler, Gary (Becky) Orchowski, and Gloria (Michael) Mobley. Proud Grandfather of Alex, Tyler and Emily Orchowski, Andrew and Joshua Butler, Zane and Dylan Orchowski, Sam, Brittany and Katie Jones. Fond brother of Lillian Gomolski, Eugene (Vern) Orchowski and the late James Orchowski. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. He was the proud graduate of Mount Carmel High School, and Loyola University, Chicago, IL. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Good Shepherd Parish Life Center or The Mount Carmel High School Alumni Association, 6410 South Dante, Chicago, IL 60637. ED was a member of The Saint Vincent DePaul Society, Good Shepherd Men s Club and The Knights of Columbus #13161. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:00am on Saturday, July 3, 2010 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 3740 Holtzclaw Road, Cumming, GA, with Reverend Peter Rau officiating. The family will be receiving friends at the church at 9:30am, prior to the mass. Interment will be held at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA upon cremation.
