Edward Feetterer

–

Cumming, Georgia

Edward Carl Feetterer—a devoted father, loving brother, cherished grandfather, skilled craftsman, and proud U.S. Army veteran—passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 78. Born on April 20, 1948, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Elmer and Helen Feetterer, Edward carried a lifelong sense of duty, humility, and hard work.

A true jack-of-all-trades, Edward could build or fix anything, taking quiet pride in helping others. Above all, he treasured his family. He was a dedicated father to his daughter, Katlyn Bradach (Andrew), and an incredibly proud "Grandpa" to Cameron, Peyton, and Grayson. His grandchildren were the light of his life, and his love was shown through his constant presence, patience, and unwavering support.

Edward enjoyed life’s simple pleasures: home projects, model building, puzzles, playing cards, fishing, shooting, and spending quiet time outdoors. Dependable and selfless, his actions always spoke louder than words.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Donald Feetterer.

Edward is survived by his daughter, Katlyn (Andrew); his cherished grandchildren, Cameron, Peyton, and Grayson; his brothers, Robert (Katherine) and James (Nancy); his sister-in-law, Sandra Feetterer; his dear friend and companion, Scott Kothenbeutel; and many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
