Edmund "Ed" Joseph Dose Obituary (1941 - 2023)

One of the kindest, gentlest souls has left our world today, August 6, 2023. Edmund J. Dose, age 81, passed away quietly in his sleep. Ed is survived by his loving wife, Gail Dose,' of Cumming GA, as well as a host of friends and neighbors who will miss him dearly. Ed will be remembered as a creative, generous man who was always willing to help a neighbor and share his considerable expertise as a carpenter and craftsman. He loved to build beautiful birdhouses, which adorn his home's lovely gardens, and those of many others who collected his creations. The thought of Ed joining his beloved "furfaces" brings solace to his loved ones. "In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Humane Society of Forsyth will be the perfect tribute to Ed's nature-loving spirit. Plans for a memorial service will be announced in the next few weeks.
