Edith A. Morris

Edith A. Morris, 90, of Cumming, GA passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Born in Alpharetta, GA she is preceded in death by her parents, George and Myrtle Nichols. Mrs. Morris was a longtime member of Union Hill Baptist Church in Alpharetta, GA and also a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Cumming, GA. She loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Randall Morris of Cumming, GA; son and daughter in law, George and Patricia Morris of Erie, CO; son, Danny Morris of Cumming, GA; granddaughter, Kristen (Brian) Kohuch; granddaughter, Amanda (Stephen) Gardner; grandson, David Morris; great grandchildren, Isabel and Cordelia Kohuch, Pierson Suggs, Amelia Gardner, and Gabriel Morris. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 25 in the McDonald and Son Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 3:00 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 24 at the funeral home. A private interment will follow in the Alpharetta City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests donations in Mrs. Morris name to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org, or to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org.
