Doris Elizabeth England Stewart

Mrs. Doris Elizabeth England Stewart, 86, of Sugar Hill, GA went to be with the Lord on May 1, 2010 following a period of declining health. Born in Atlanta, GA she grew up in Clarkston, GA. Doris was the daughter of the late Mamie and Royce England. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Franklin Jack Stewart, Jr. She is survived by her sons, John Scott (Diane) Stewart of Soperton, GA and Gary Glenn (Vicki) Stewart of Cumming, GA; sister, Betty Norton of Atlanta, GA; grandsons, Paul (April) Stewart and Mike (Holly) Stewart; and 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Redan, GA. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 from 6:00 9:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the North Lanier Baptist Church, 829 Atlanta Highway, Cumming, GA 30040.
