Doris Henry Burch

Doris H. Burch 78, of Cumming, Georgia passed away on Friday, June 27, 2014 at Embracing Hospice. Born in Scott County, Virginia, she was the youngest daughter of the late Allen S. and Anna Grace Henry. Mrs. Burch retired from the National Library Bindery in Roswell, Ga. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, car races, baseball, and traveling with her late husband, and love of her life, Oscar Burch. Mrs. Burch is survived by sisters Betty Abelseth and Alleen Culbertson, several nieces and nephews, and friends and neighbors who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by husband Oscar Burch, English Pointer Diamond Lady, and sisters Blossom Taffeteller and Jo Helton. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 1:00 (visitation 12:00-1:00) in the chapel of McDonald & Son Funeral Home in Cumming, GA.
