Cumming, Georgia
Donna Jean Singley, 70, of Cumming, Georgia, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2026, surrounded by the love of her husband and family.
Born Donna Jean Corsaro on February 18, 1956, in Niagara Falls, New York, Donna lived a life defined by kindness, loyalty, and quiet strength. She married her husband, Charles, in 1996, and together they shared thirty years of partnership and deep affection. Their home was one of warmth, humor, and unwavering love.
Donna retired after a long career with AT&T. Her grandsons Theodore and Roman knew her as Nonna, and she especially loved the beach and palm trees — the ocean was her place of peace, matching her gentle spirit and love of calm, sunlit days. She cherished her family deeply and made every gathering feel like home.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth (Betty); her father, William (Bill); and her brother, Lawrence (Larry).
Donna is survived by her husband, Charles; her son, Michael Palatsi (Tiffany Harmon), who lives in the Atlanta area; her daughter, Angela Evans (Nic Evans), who lives in North Carolina; and her grandchildren, Theodore and Roman Palatsi, and Anna, Tegan, and Brielle Evans. She is also survived by extended family in upstate New York and north Alabama who will forever carry her memory.
A celebration of Donna's life will be held at a later date, allowing family and friends to gather and honor her in the way she lived — with warmth, love, and togetherness.
