Dolores Pawloski Theisen of Cumming, Georgia, entered peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior on April 28, 2024.
Dolores was born in Stamford, Connecticut, on March 15, 1937, to the late Walter and Veronica Pawloski. In addition to her parents, Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Theisen Jr. Dolores and Ernie met when they were both students at Teachers College of Connecticut. They were married in 1957 and moved to Meriden, Connecticut, where Dolores enjoyed working for the Board of Education. In 1972, they relocated to Stone Mountain, Georgia, where they raised their three children: Aimee (Jeffry) Cameron, Allison (Chris) Dotson, and Brian (Helena) Theisen. They truly loved and bragged about their four grandchildren, Caroline Dotson, Michael Dotson, Lily Cameron, and Abigail Dotson, and two bonus grandchildren, Tori Stockstill and Tyler Cameron. Dolores is also survived by her brother, Walter Pawloski; her sister-in-law, Janice Davis; her brother-in-law, Allen Theisen; and many nieces and nephews. Dolores had a strong faith in our Lord and is now reunited with her loving husband Ernie and dancing in heaven with her cherished YaYa sisters. She will be missed by many.
