Dennis Anthony Cottongim

May 14 th 1958 - December 28 th 2022

Dennis Anthony Cottongim, 64, of Cumming GA passed away at home surrounded by

family on the morning of December 28 th , 2022. He battled cancer for two years. He was

preceded in death by his Father, Donald Cottongim, and his grandparents. He leaves behind his

mother, Martha Cottongim, his wife of 35 years Debbie Cottongim, and his three children,

DeAnna (Kyle) Atkins, Daniel Cottongim, and Douglas Cottongim. He also leaves behind a sister,

Marian (Rick) McMichael, a brother, Paul (Brenna) Cottongim, two nephews Christopher

(Kristen) McMichael and Benjamin McMichael and two nieces, Jacklyn and Samantha

Cottongim. He also leaves behind four grandchildren, Caden, Maddox, Callie, and Lily Atkins.

A memorial service will be held at Etowah River Church of Christ in Dawsonville GA on

Saturday January 14 th , 2023. The address is: 494 Etowah River Road, Dawsonville GA, 30534.

The family will receive visitors at 1:00pm followed by the service at 2:00pm.
