David Wayne Peacock

Our beloved David went home to be with Jesus on March 18, 2022 at his home in Chattanooga, TN.

He was born April 13, 1982 in Dunwoody, GA and attended Forsyth Central High School and later began his studies to become a youth pastor in San Diego, CA. His passion was working with teenagers. He has been on many mission trips sharing God's love. He became a believer while a member of North Lanier Baptist and baptized there.

David was part owner of Peacock Sales of Atlanta. After working two years in Atlanta, he was transferred to the Knoxville branch office as manager.

David loved nature and being outdoors, especially while riding his Harley Davidson. He was very creative and gifted in wood crafting. He enjoyed all sports and especially his Tennessee Vols and his dog Max.

He is survived by his two children, son Gabriel and daughter Faith of Tampa, Fl, his partner Lettie of Chattanooga, TN, and mother Linda, brothers: Art (Sheri) of Cumming, Clay of Atlanta and Jason of Cumming, two nephews Michael and Kyle, one niece Gracie, two step nephews Cory Peacock and Carson Bryd, two step nieces Carley Bryd and Camille Bryd all of Cumming, GA. He is preceded in death by his father Richard of Cumming.

David enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His short life has filled us with great memories and much joy. We are so Happy he is with his Lord and in no more pain.

The family will receive friends at McDonald and Son Funeral Home Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 2:00 pm until service time at 4:00 pm in the McDonald and Son Chapel. His graveside service will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.
