Daniel Neil Phillips

Daniel Neil Phillips, age 43, of Cumming, Georgia, passed away on March 26, 2024. He was born on June 26, 1980, in Marietta, Georgia, to Deirdre A Phillips and Terry N Phillips. Daniel's charismatic personality and love for learning endeared him to many. He was known for his ability to make friends easily and had a contagious laughter that brightened the lives of those around him.

Daniel spent several years working with the installation of commercial security systems, a career he found great enjoyment in. In his free time, he indulged in hobbies such as reading, learning, cooking, and playing video games. He especially loved visiting local places like Helen, Georgia, and Stone Mountain.

Daniel will be deeply missed by his mother, Deirdre A Phillips, his father, Terry N Phillips, and many close friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Rosemary Phillips, as well as Daniel F. and Marie Ellison.

A service to honor and remember Daniel will be held at McDonald & Son Funeral Home, 150 Sawnee Drive, Cumming, GA 30040, on April 1, 2024. Visitation hours will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, with the service beginning at 3:00 PM.

Daniel's love for cooking, dedication to his loved ones, and passion for learning will forever be cherished by those who knew him. May he rest in peace.
