Daniel Joseph Cobucci, Sr.

Daniel J. Cobucci, Sr. of Dunwoody, Georgia passed away on July 15, 2018 at the age of 86.

Born March 2, 1932 on Staten Island, New York, he attended New York public schools. He then went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bucknell University and a Master's Degree in corporate finance from New York University.

Daniel served in the United States Army from 1954 through 1956 and was stationed in Verdun, France. He was employed by Western Electric/AT&T from 1956 until his retirement in 1989. He was a founding member of All Saints Catholic Church in Dunwoody.

Daniel is preceded in death by his daughter Elizabeth Cobucci Kaplan and is survived by his wife of 62 years Jean Cobucci; four sons: Daniel Jr., Steven, Robert, Joseph and their spouses; six grandchildren: Heather, Jeff, Adam, Yesy, Troy and Amelia; four great grandchildren: Lane, Finn, Madeline and Adriana; sister Filomena; and a brother Michael.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at McDonald and Son. Funeral mass will be Thursday, July 19, 2018, 10:30 am, at All Saints Catholic Church in Dunwoody. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park.
