Christopher Lewandowski

Christopher “Chris” Lee Lewandowski passed away Tuesday, July 7th 2026, surrounded by family, at the age of 54.

Chris was born in Milton FL. The son of a Naval Aviator, he relocated frequently, living in Tom’s River NJ, Virginia Beach, Newport RI, and Roswell GA. Like his Dad, Chris was a lifelong fan of the Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots, and Bruins. Much like his mother, he was a compassionate and supportive individual. Animals instinctively recognized that they could turn to him for assistance. Chris attended the University of Georgia, where he was always considered the life of the party, each weekend inviting his sister and her friends to enjoy with him.

Chris married in 2001 to his lovely wife Emily, and together they had two beautiful daughters. As a devoted dad he spent his free time coaching basketball, girls on the run, and his daughters through everyday life. If you ever needed to know anything about building materials, Chris was your guy. Chris was a big foodie and was always looking for recommendations for new restaurants or foods to try. Being so into food, he was able to master the art of barbecuing and brought a neighborhood crawfish boil to life.

We will always look to him for guidance. We miss you daddy. We love you forever and always.

Visitation will be on Sunday, July 12th, 2026 from 1pm-2pm at McDonald and Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow visitation at 2pm in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home.
