Charles Green

Charles R Green born September 9, 1928 in Frankfurt , Indiana currently living in Murrayville, Georgia passed away Thursday February 22, 2024 at the age of 95. Chuck was a military World War II Marine Veteran and highly honored HR director and businessman. He was married to his wife Nancy Elizabeth McQueary for almost 70 years .

An amazing father, grandfather, confidant, and friend who cherished family and brightened the lives of everyone he came in contact with. He was the skeletal structure and foundation of the Green Family with a moral character that could not be shaken.

His intellect , his genuine care for people, his trustworthiness, and his mild mannered approach towards life was special, as it calmed those around him and embraced a sense of security for all that came in contact with him. Naturally a type of friend a friend would want to have. A trusted source and a voice of great reasoning in the toughest of times. There was no situation he couldn’t give a sense of resolve to. Quite simply put…..he was the very best of men. We celebrate his wonderful life with a service at 1 pm Sunday March 30, 2024.

Chuck was the son of Charles R Green and Bessie P Green of Frankfurt, Indiana. He is survived by son and sister in law Charles R Green III and Julie A Green of Lilburn; sister and brother in law Pamela J Dillman and Earnest P Dillman of Loganville, Georgia: and son Thomas E Green of Buford, Georgia. He is also survived by Grandsons, Grandaughters, and daughter in laws. Survivors are as follows: Heather and Chris Klein, Jordan and Nicole Dillman, Jarrett and Ali Green, Tye Green, Brooks Green, Sara Green, Skyler Dillman, Rylee Klein,Magdalena Dillman, Sofia and Gia Wellborn, and Ty Tat .
