Bradford Wainscott

Bradford Wainscott, 86, of Cumming, GA passed away Monday, June 20, 2016. Born in Owenton, KY he was the son of the late Noah and Willena Wainscott. His beloved wife, Doris; sisters, Alma and Iretta; and brothers, Lenville, Wallace and Jerry also predeceased him.

Bradford served in the Air Force and was a member of First Baptist Church of Cumming. He was an avid golfer. He was a loving father and grandfather.

The family would like to thank the staff at Dogwood Forest for their compassionate care over the past few years.

Bradford is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Sue Wainscott of West Chester, OH; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Karen Wainscott of Cumming, GA; grandchildren, Kristy, Michael, Jennifer; great grandchildren, Kali, Matthew, Michael, Connor, Chase, Brooklyn; sister, Sandy Tingle of Madison, IN; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Wainscott of Cincinnati, OH, Sandy Wainscott of Williamsburg, OH and Jackie Wainscott of Indianapolis, IN; and many loved nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:30 PM on Friday, June 24, 2016 at the Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA. with the Rev. Dr. Bob Jolly officiating. Visitation will be on Friday from 11:00 - 1:00 PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests donations in Bradford's name to the Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation.
