Bonnie Christine (Weatherly) Laws Obituary (1937 - 2022)

Bonnie Christine Weatherly Laws of Dahlonega, Georgia passed peaceful surrounded by her family on August 19,2022.She was a retired college professor from University System Of Georgia and avid reader. She was a proud member of the Dahlonega United Methodist church where she volunteered in the Lisa care outreach program. She was very involved with the Achasta ladies Bible study, Achasta Ladies Club and numerous book clubs. She was born in Nashville Tennessee to the late Jesse D. Weatherly and Bonnie Bess Weatherly on October 30,1937. She is survived by her husband Herbert Livingston Laws Jr.; sons Nathan Joseph Unger and Roone Richard Unger; daughter in law Heather Shaw and Tracey Haddad Unger ; grandchildren Chase Richard Unger and Rachel Christine Unger. Ms. Laws wishes were to be Cremated. A Celebration of life service will be held at Dahlonega United Methodist Church on Sunday August 28,2022 Visitation will be from 2:00pm-2:50pm and Service at 3:00pm
