Bonnie Jones

Bonnie Jones of Cumming passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends. She was 88 years old. Bonnie grew up in Iowa and moved to Georgia in 1978. She and her husband enjoyed the lake life and the beach. Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband Robert. She is survived by her loving son Mark (Anney) and daughter Michelle. She had 4 grandchildren, Cassidy (Jesse), Zach, Madison, and JJ. She also had 2 great-grandchildren, Finley and Everett. She also leaves behind her special caregivers Kadrija and Mavis. Her loyal dogs Lola and Casper remained by her side until the end.

Bonnie was a sophisticated elegant woman with an elevated sense of style and fashion. She was a gifted and talented seamstress. Her taste in decor was Asian inspired from her trip to Japan. She loved all things Japanese. She and Robert entertained often within their 62 year marriage and were generous with their time and talents. Bonnie will be missed by us all and will remain in our hearts forever.

There will be no service as per her wishes. Please feel free to donate to your local Humane Society in her memory as her “doggies” were her world.
