Barbara Rhee Black, 48, of Clarks Hill, SC passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2012. Born in Atlanta, GA she is predeceased by her parents, William and Bettie Herring; brothers, Bobby, Billy, Brian, and sister, Belinda She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Black of Clarks Hill, SC; son, Anthony Hendrix; sisters, Beverly, Bonnie, Beth, Brenda, and Aunt Cat. Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Mt. Pisgah in Lumpkin County. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 1:30 PM on the day of the service, leaving the funeral home at 1:15 PM in procession to the cemetery.
