Arthur Leake Jones Jr.

Arthur "Art" Jones, 73, passed away on November 22, 2018 after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. Art is survived by Barbara, his wife of more than 24 years, his children, Kathy, Carrie, and Russel, his step-children, Paula, Jay, and Jeff, his brothers, Ed Jones (Peggy), Alan Jones (Maya and Devin), and a host of grandchildren.

After graduating from the University of Virginia, Art focused on a career in Information Technology, retiring from Genuine Parts in Marietta, Georgia, where he managed large national accounts.

Art loved reading, country music, spending time with family, trips to the beach, and he was a talented craftsman.

The family would like to recognize the Alzheimer's support group at Arbor Terrace, Homestead and Embrace Hospice, and all of the caregivers who touched their lives throughout this journey.
