Arlin Payne, age 84, of Gainesville, Georgia, passed away on November 7, 2024.

Arlin was born on February 23, 1940, to the late William and Grace Payne.

Arlin is survived by his ex-wife, Betty Anderson; children, Stacy, Richie, and Randy; among other relatives and friends.
