Hazel “ Annette” Blackwell April 3, 1941-December 14, 2025

It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce the passing of Hazel Annette Blackwell, who left us on December 14, 2025 at the age of 84.

Born in Atlanta, GA on April 3, 1941, Annette as she preferred to be called; was the beloved spouse to Charles Blackwell. The mother of 4 gentleman; Jimmy, Tim, Eddie, and Christopher Blackwell. She treated her daughter in laws like her own. Lynn, Sherry, Karlye and Nichole Blackwell.

Proud grandmother to Brett, Dana, Holly, Heidi, Christina, and Bridget and loving great-grandmother to Xoliahna, Jordan, Michael, Arya, Owen, Jade, and Alma. Wonderful sister to Patsy, Ralph, Ricky, and Gloria Sue.

Annette gave her heart to her family, friends, and was a loving caregiver to the elderly.

She will be missed greatly.
