Andre Dubois

Andre Dubois, 92, of Cumming, GA died on January 3, 2010. Born in Fort Kent, ME, he was the son of the late Paul and Laura Dubois. His beloved wife, Corinne and son-in-law, Robert Collien preceded him in death. Andre was a 4th degree Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus in the Trinity Assembly of Council 2535 of North Tonawanda, NY. He was an active member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church. He is survived by his daughters, Alice Collien of Cumming, GA and Rita (Barry) Weintraub of Stafford, VA; son, Andre P. (Cheryl) Dubois of Cumming, GA; sisters, Theresa Ouelette of Fort Kent, ME, Laurette Chasse of Grand Isle, ME and Florence Landry of Windsor Locks, CT; brothers, Alvey Dubois of Madawaska, ME and Paul E. Dubois of Van Buren, ME; and grandchildren, David and Rachael Weintraub and Andre Paul Dubois. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 7, 2010 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 from 6:00 9:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer s Association (www.alz.org) or St. Vincent DePaul Society (www.svdusa.org).
