Adam Michael Lavezzo, age 43, passed away unexpectedly on January 13, 2025, in Madison County, Georgia. Adam was born in Washington, D.C., on May 14, 1981, and spent his childhood years in Silver Spring, MD. He lived the majority of his life in Cumming, GA, and had currently resided in Hull, GA. His family and loved ones are immensely heartbroken over his loss. Adam was predeceased by his father, Paul Lavezzo, and sister Laura Lavezzo Carrico. He is survived by his soulmate Kimberly Hanley (son Grey Long), daughters Robin Lavezzo and Sarah Lavezzo, his mother, Sheryl Lavezzo, sister Jennifer Lavezzo Eade (Colin Eade), brother Nathan Lavezzo, sister Joy Lavezzo Katz (Brent Katz), niece Iris Katz, nephew Gabriel Katz, and countless other family, friends, clients, and co-workers, all of whom loved him dearly. Adam brought life and light into the room with his big smile and his sharp-witted sense of humor. He was an incredibly talented artist, carpenter, mechanic, cook, and musician. Adam was most at home outdoors in the natural world, and he was an avid fisherman. A great storyteller, Adam reveled in challenging conversations about music, movies, books, and the news of the world. He also enjoyed video games, his dogs, and keeping those around him laughing. The simpler things in life brought him the most pleasure, and Adam’s generous heart of gold could be clearly seen by all who knew him.
